When you see a spider wasp for the first time (you knew what it was from a story you read) and you think of many apocalyptic reasons it would be on your coast when it belongs on the other. (I was overjoyed, by the way.)

When you start muttering spells from your book at people under your breath. (I do this sometimes and then my mom gets annoyed).

-When you exclaim "What in the world!... or out of it... as the case may be..."

-When a shirt is your favorite because it makes you feel like Tolkien

For me:

--When you stare at the ground while walking places so the world doesn't distract you from what's going on in your head.

(Sad, but true!)

-When you make plans to escape your house to play dress-up, and you're much to old for that type of thing.
-When the ideal location for this dress-up game is your employer's house, because they have great stairs. (I feed their cats, and they're out of town. They like having someone around to make the cats less lonely anyways... playing around in an old dress and boots surely wouldn't bother them. )

First thing I did when I walked into the hotel room the other day was yell "Narnia!", walk into the closet, close the door behind me, and walk back out the other side. Unfortunately I was laughing with everyone else as I came out, so it ruined the effect.

Climbing into wardrobes is fun.

-When your mom comments that your potato in the microwave squealing because of steam is a tortured potato screaming, you then think of anything with a high pitch squeal or beep as a screaming something.
