I have to point out the irony in all this. Because I seem to remember, you Kaitlyn dear, being the one who threatened me to no-end that you would kill me everytime I wanted to leave HW leadership or HW in general...and now you're leaving... That doesn't seem fair! *throws a rainbow-striped armadillo at Kaitlyn's head* Remind me to thwack you when I see you next summer. No seriously. Remind me, because there's no way I'm gonna remember it.

For those of yall who don't know me that well and think this might be a little callous and insensitive, well it's just how Kaitlyn's and my friendship works. I'm not trying to disrespect yall's sorrow and sadness.

You have always been such an encouragement to me, a Christlike example I look up to. There have been times when something someone said would annoy me, and then I'd scroll down some more and there was a wonderful Airi-post in response, without a trace of the attitude I'd had.

Your hard work as Mama Duck, UH Head, Council Member, prayer warrior and countless other things does not go unappreciated. I don't think the council was a mistake, I think they were a vital part of the leadership that HW is going to suffer without. I always wondered how you could be so busy and yet still have time to solve our problems, but you've always been there when we've needed you.

And thank you for explaining your reasons for leaving. I appreciate the honesty you've always had with us.

There is so much more a I could say, but... Words fail me. You're an amazing person, Airi. Thank you for being willing when I asked for prayer, thank you for including little me in your email updates about things in your life, even though I usually forget to respond. It made me feel connected to you even though we didn't get to talk that much.

Love you, Airi dear. I hope and pray that I'll still be able to talk to you around other places in the internet, and maybe someday meet you in person, if not, then when this life is over and we've moved on to the next one. *Hugs again*

@Nemo: Yeah…. I am the master of the monster post. In fact, the term was coined for me by a Holy Worlds member (who was that? I feel terrible I can’t remember who), so I should be the master of it.

I figured you would not agree with many of my points, Nemo, but I also knew that we would not allow that to alter our personal relationship. I love you dearly and I have greatly enjoyed watching you grow on the forum from a young RU, to a ML. It was so wonderful being able to give you a real hug in person this year, and I pray we will be able to do so again, which means we must keep in touch.

@Runningwolf: Believe me, Jeremiah, the enjoyment received from our Skype calls is very mutual. And no, I don’t care “who I am”. I was so blessed to hear you say that, though. I like to believe that, though I am often in leadership roles and am able to be an authority when need be, that I am also able to be seen as just like everyone else.

Airi...I'm sorry I'm late here. I kept trying to think about what I wanted to say- wanting to say something, but not knowing how to express it. I'm sad that you're leaving Holy Worlds...I always loved seeing your name around, even though I never got a chance to interact with you much. I do remember that you greeted me on my intro thread when I joined here, and it made me so excited and happy that you'd take the time to talk to /me/. Also, getting your comments on my piece in the coloring contest last year meant a lot to me, too. And I enjoyed the couple times I was in on the HW Skype call at the same time that you were on. All that to say, the few times we've interacted have meant a lot to me, and I'm going to miss seeing you here. But, thank you for sharing this post with us, even though I'm sure it was hard to do. It reminded me a lot of the love and sincerity that really defines Holy Worlds to me... I'll miss you here. *hugs*

I first-off need to admit that I am one of those users who is somewhat out of the loop on all the changes, tense relationships, and overall dissension that has invaded HW of late. I'm trying to catch up on these things because I quite frankly love HW and want to invest in it, however, it's hard for me to find the time to read the posts which contain all this information due to the huge amounts of information which make length posts.

Still, I can truly say, Airianna and that I am saddened to see you go.

It's hard to find words that the others haven't already said, but I do hope that your future away from HW is a bright one, filled with the love of God and in following His will for His ultimate glory, always.

You will be missed.

I wish I could apologize for the way you've been treated, I really do. We're very different people, but I look up to you for the time and effort you have put into HW. I love seeing your monster posts everywhere, and I know you tried very hard to resolve things. I'm extremely out of the loop because I don't talk to HWers as often as I should, especially as friends, but I'm sorry you've had to go through such a mess. I wish you well on whatever God gives you to do next, I know you will be wonderful at it (and everything you're currently working on, of course).

I'm sad that I haven't talked to you much at all, I hope we can fix that. I'm a bit distant in starting new friendships sometimes, but maybe we can email back and forth a bit or something. We live in the same state, maybe I can swing by for a visit next time I'm itching to roadtrip

Airi, I haven't talked to you in a while, but I want you to know how much you impacted me from the first day you appeared on the forum. I loved reading your thoughtful posts, and got excited every time a monster one came along. (And, even though I never comment, I love reading your blog posts, too! ) You were always such an encouragement to me in chat or even just in random threads. You've been such an amazing role model to me and so many others... thank you so much! You will most definitely be very, very missed.

All I can say is, Airianna, you will be sorely missed. Sorry I cannot say more, I have never been good at farewells.

I really hope that we can move ahead and keep trying to bring back only the good things. Maybe one day, with work and prayers, HolyWorlds can be the community it once was, with the goals that so many people envisioned for it. I'm not interested in going back and finding out what went wrong where, but I don't want it to continue. Hopefully one day you and others can peek back in and find that this is a better environment than it is now.
