What's unhealthy about leftovers, as long as they're not spoiled? ;)

Well, nothing I guess, unless you always go for the sweets. ;)

This doesn't count yet because we haven't done it, but since we just went to the mountains, I think skiing is soon going to become an unhealthy obsession.

My dear Brendan, there are not enough stars in the universe to make up for all the philosophical "points" you could come up with; whether they be logical or not. ;)

The Snooze Button.

(Seriously, I used to think it was a pointless invention. Who can actually go back to sleep in a measly five minutes for such a thing to be worth our while? I have since changed my tune and have adapted so efficiently that I can now 'hit the snooze' in my sleep, which does wonders for my morning schedule. )

And Adventures in Odyssey.

(Specifically those of the 'Novacom' era)

I can quite easily fall asleep again from the time I hit snooze, to the time my arm is back under the covers. :D

The Snooze Button is my friend. It saves from the torment that is 'Morning.'

*high fives fellow Snooze Button addicts* I always hear the alarm and then turn it off or snooze it. Even if I write convincing reminders to read with the alarm (since the alarm is in my cellphone, I can put a caption for each alarm) like "You are going to be late!" "You are going to pay a fine!" It has worked...but rarely. :D

Haha! You know what I do? My snooze is nine minutes long, so when I want to get up at seven o'clock, I set the alarm for six thirty-three. That way I can get three snoozes and still get up on time! (This only works if I don't hit it four or five times instead...)

Chocolate, reading, and HW. The only really unhealthy one is chocolate. The others just keep me from writing.
I also like to tell people things. Anything from useless trivia to an explanation of my opinion on the importance of social studies, or the flaws in the LA curriculum.
When I was travelling with the band, we had these jackets, and people never had their collar straight. I was constantly fixing them, and I was accused of having OCD, but it really only comes out occasionally.

I currently have an unhealthy obsession with the wonderful, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth crackers in my pantry.

Was paging through oldest threads and found this*Will revive this after over a year :dieshappy: *

In all seriousness, I think I should say my dear laptop, since I've been feeling really incomplete without it - it was sent to another state to be repaired - and the other computer I am using to monitor HW and stuff is too old to support .docx files, so I can't write either.

That being said, I would not say that writing is an unhealthy obsession, but being on my laptop too much is. :D

I have an unhealthy obsession with math. * grimace * I used to do hours of it a day, but then it got replaced by an unhealthy obsession with writing.

* wonders if she'll get kicked off the thread for calling writing an unhealthy obsession *

What. I'm almost 20 years old and it makes me very happy that there are other people as obsessed with odyssey as I am.

One is NEVER too old for Odyssey. ;)

I find it to be one of the few things where, every time I listen to an episode, I find something new that I never noticed before. A joke, a reference, a part of the story that-although the characters never mention it-connects with something else later. (My "head-canon" for Odyssey grows all the time!)

For example: There is a bubbling sound (a reference to a tank of piranhas in another AIO villain's lair) in the background of a certain Novacom villain's office.

I was told about the bubbling sound. XD You have to turn the volume up pretty loud-during the scenes with Thomas and Mr. C in his office-in order to hear it. ;)

My brother owns a copy of the Novacom Saga. Do you know where it is in the story? I'll have to go listen for it :D
