I know. But everything in my life has been completely messed up for three years now, and it's just gotten worse and worse. And no end is in sight.

I've been constantly dizzy (that is not an exaggeration, I literally have been) for almost a solid year. That dizziness has been much, much worse for about three months now due to a horrible sinus infection (then a bad cold). And I am incomprehensibly tired. I can't take anymore. I need relief.

Still praying...when I'm going through hard times I think about how God must be going to bring it about for our good, and the more confusing the idea is, the more exciting the knowledge that he will bring it about for good is. I hope that you get better soon though, and that God would give you strength for the (hopefully) last lap of this.

Well, about a week ago, my dizziness cleared out some. Unfortunately, the improvement, thus far, has been mostly superficial, and has not really changed anything. On top of that, yesterday my mind cracked. If I get to bed really late for a while, it does that. That should be fixed by a few days of better sleep, but unfortunately, it's worse than usual (I wonder why? ), and the better sleep probably won't do a thing for anything else.

This nightmare just will not end.

I've still been praying for you, I'm glad the dizziness gave you a break, let us hope and pray that that is just the first thing that will improve. I hope you get enough sleep to get a little better too.

Unfortunately, sleeping ain't been doing so well.

It turns out the reason my mind was in such bad shape wasn't the sleeping issues; it was a supplement I was taking. It was making me having trouble sleeping, be tired, it upped my heart rate...So, yeah.

I sure hope this extra dizziness and stuff goes away soon. I need relief more than ever now.

Just more bad. Thank you for asking.

I still haven't recovered from that supplement (it should start affecting me less, or stop affecting me at all, today); I haven't been able to sleep well; dizziness is worse (probably a combination of massive weather change, lack of sleep, and mind being cracked due to the supplement)...So, yes. No improvement at all.

The last sign of improvement was about a week and a half ago, if I recall correctly. So, I should be improving significantly soon. It's possible that the negative reaction to the supplement is causing all of this sudden drop (it can cause trouble sleeping, for instance; it took me over an hour to get to sleep last night).

So, Lord willing, I'll have a positive report soon.

On another note: tomorrow (as it's a leap year), I'll have been constantly dizzy for a solid year.

I have gotten so, so much worse. I never comprehended it was possible to feel this bad; and I have felt more awful than you can know before. I must have relief. All those other times I said I've needed it (and I did!) are nothing compared to this.

Things are no better. At all. Just the opposite.

I'll just repost this from another forum: "Please pray for God to heal my mind. Due to a bad reaction to a supplement, I have (literally; I know the word is always used metaphorically, but not this time) felt like I was in a nightmare all of the time for about a month. And it is getting worse or staying the same, not better. Imagine that feeling you get after you wake up from a nightmare, only all of the time, for a month. That's the kinda shape my mind is currently in, and it's not pretty. In other words: much of the time, I literally feel like I am losing control of my mind.

And please pray for God to heal my dizziness. I believe that if it went away, my mind would also be fixed. And, I think - I know - that if my mind got better, my dizziness would get at least somewhat better.

Please pray for me. Hope is slipping away quicker and quicker. I really don't have even a shred of it left."

I can't take anymore of this literal nightmare.

Here's an update, which is, as usual, bad...

"Well, last night was really, really, really bad. I tried to go to sleep for two hours, and I couldn't. I was up for about twenty hours before sleep, which, yeah, is easy on its own to deal with, but this thing isn't alone by any stretch of the imagination.

I firmly believe the prayers of God's people are what's going to be used as means to break all of this, and I beg you to continue, and increase, those prayers.

We're in this together.
