I am sorry I was unable to congratulate you, or send you your HRM pm Bethy, until now, but thus it is, and there is nothing I can do to change that.

They do. You can get all sorts of special colors at candy shops and mail-order. But they're very, very, VERY expensive.

Occasionally they release packs of seasonal colors in regular stores, though.
