That's awesome! Good job! :D It's so nice to see people take away knowledge from this beloved place. ^^

My teacher has not commented on my grammar yet actually. I just wrote what I have heard and seen from others who have been on here for a while. (I do not have a teacher right now to comment on anything at this moment.)

When you can define an introduction thread as a place for everyone to attempt to out-weird each other while making a stranger feel comfortable.

When you can't watch "Finding Nemo" without thinking of Inesdar. (Thankyou, my Bethy.)

When any thoughts of bizarrely coloured animals or melodramatic statements remind you of Seer.

When you walk past a bakery called "Vilis" and think of Vilisse. :D

When cooking sausages or the sight of any reptile/amphibian reminds you of Jonathan. ;)

When you hear/read the word "Ireland" you immediately think "Emeth!"

When you hear/read/see/smell cupcakes you immediately think "Philly!"

Very true. :D I've gotta admit I inwardly laugh every time I hear it in that movie, because I'm reminded of HW's awesomely funny Indy. :D

When you get irritated that a lot of people on HW use their own characters names as their usernames, because you can't use the usernames in your own novel...

~ When, while explaining HW to someone, you try to use people's real first names, so that you don't totally confuse them... but you find yourself slipping back into their usernames.

Following with this theme...

When you talk about HW to your real life friends they can't tell the difference between you talking about your imaginary friends or your HW friends with really cool names... and they never seem to catch on that you don't know some of your friends' real names.

-...when your friends ask, "What's a ML again?" and you have to tell them. Again.

-...when your mom knows a lot about HW!

-...when you try to persuade one of your best friends to join, but they decline. (*sniff*)

-...when finding a snake you think you should take a photo and PM it to Jonathan and ask him what kind it is.

-...when you have a nickname for practically everyone on HW.

-...when you accidentally say 'PM' instead of 'e-mail'.

-...when you talk in Olde English to impress your friends IRL, then you remember that they won't get it, because it was an inside joke between a couple HW friends.

~ When, while explaining HW to someone, you try to use people's real first names, so that you don't totally confuse them... but you find yourself slipping back into their usernames.

Guilty! I've done that a hundred times before! My poor mom keeps thinking that when I say Airianna I mean Vili and when I say Kaitlynn I mean Abby and...she's really jumbled.

*laughs * Yeah, my poor mother gets mad at me when I talk about Andrew and Eruheran, or Caleb and Little E, in the same sentence. Some people get usernames stuck to their names in the conversation, others get real names. Our poor families. :D

Yup! Especially the weird nicknames. Like Athea.

 I've given up trying to explain who everyone is to my mom... ;)

*laughs* Yes, our poor families! :D I have my own definitions for y'all in reality so my Mum knows who I'm talking about...

Airi = the nice welcome girl, dragon girl.
Elly = the sweetie who I emailed with from nano.
Seer = The funny guy.
Philly = Airi's good friend.
Elanor = the girl from England.
Dieki = the guy that does all the techy stuff behind HW.

Now, imagine a sentence that includes everyone...

*laughs! * Wow. That would be tough, wouldn't it?

However, my family is now to the point where a lot of you guys are distinguishable by your names. For instance, my family all know who Aussie is. ;) Or Wren. Or E. They know who Philli and Jonathan are, Jay, Brendan, Andrew, Little E- Yeah, I don't need to list them all, you get the picture. Actually, now that I think about it, my family does pretty good by now. *nods *

My family isn't doing so well as y'all's :) They know Suiauthon, but not from HW :D By now I think they all know Kaitlyn; she tends to come up a lot  ;) Little brother's favorite guys are Jay Lauser and Dieki, for whom he has a strange voice and a dance to accompany the saying of each name :D

You know you're a HWer when you're actually explaining this stuff

My mom knows who Jay is. But that's it. Well, they just about have Evening down, although that gets confusing, because I try to use people's real names to cut down on confusion (and neither of them can handle made up fantasy names) but Evening is just Evening to me...

Leah is easy. "Leah-Aubrey... the girl with all the nicknames."

Sometimes they know who the Council members are, but not usually. :P 'tis quite hilarious.

You know you're a Holy Worlder when...

...you alert all your buddies on the forum that you're leaving, be it a couple days or the summer, when normal people just disappear.

...you really do feel sad when someone says they'll be gone for whatever period of time they posted.

...you want to cry because someone says they can no longer maintain membership on the forum.

Or worse, you let HW know you're leaving and neglect to tell the IRL people... Haha, my bad.

Hmm... Maybe I should start using names instead of my occasional mention of "the admin" or "that writing site", or "somebody from the writer's forum".

Kaitlyn the sketcher... now there is one I have never heard before. :D

Or when your Grandmother asks, "Won't you burn dinner if you cook and type at the same time?"
