But Aussie isn't there. Which makes a tape recorder the next best thing! Right? Right? Of course right! Technology is our friend!

Alright folks, you've had your fun. But in case you didn't notice, this is a thread about Inesdar's parody-writing adventures, not a thread in which to convince Airi to let you record her singing. (I can take care of that. I'll bug our next phone call. ;)) So, in all seriousness, can we please get back on topic? Thank you.

The topic, miss moderator? Did this thread have a topic to really stay on to begin with? *is all innocence*

There's only so much topic involved in a parody writing adventure, you know...

*giggles* I was reading those two pages waiting for Eva's comment.

 Two pages of trying to convince Airi to sing on camera/adopting/sarcasm... 'twas funny! :dieshappy: *skips away to stop derailing and quote Shark on something he said*

One last derailing comment, please? *Puppy eyes*

I can't go to any conventions or nothin', so could Airi sing the song and Vanya video it and put it on You-tube?

On topic, Inesdar, you should do a song on Narnia, even if you haven't read all the books. :D *Thinks* Hmm, maybe I should do one for Eshteka. :dieshappy:

On Narnia, I really don't think this song would be quite as funny the second time around.

You could always parody another song. :D

*is obviously going to have to memorize this ridiculous song and put an end to the derailment *

Mean old owners of horses named bill, an old king of numunor named Elindil,
Axes scream and swords ring,
These are some of my favorite things!

An ancient sword; forged in Telchar. Great lands near and far!
Arrows fly and dwarves dig,
These are some of my favorite things!

Down by the trollshaws lies great Anduin, and the elves; flee from Ered-Luin,
Bree land and Agamaur and Evindem and Erigion,
These are some of my favorite things!

Gandalf defeats a great ole' Balgrog, dark riders come from the fog,
magic and maces and shields and braces,
these are some of my favorite things!

:dieshappy:

Um... I couldn't sing all your verses, Namor. The words didn't all fit in with the flow of the song.
