I stand here before you, dear friends, as a victim of splatitis. I have partially recovered and am now in the care of an excellent doctor. Though I still *lapses into splatitis*

All of my other stories were fronts to preserve my disease, although now Splatitis Patients Anonymous has helped me to find my voice again (We have very interesting meetings; everything is communicated through motions )

Aemi: Splatitis is a very contagious disease. I shall copy below the hints that have been given for avoiding it.


First of all, avoiding a person with splatitis does not automatically make you immune, and merely serves to make the sufferer sad. Please do not avoid splatitis sufferers.

In order to avoid contracting severe splatitis, please follow the below hints to the letter:
1. Wash your hands regularly, especially after touching doorknobs, doors, tables, glitter, and George.
2. Use splat actions as little as possible.
3. Avoid splat actions in verbal conversation (i.e. do not say "Splat is sad splat" in place of "I am sad.")
4. Avoid having extended conversations entirely in splat actions (this is especially crucial for patients already suffering from intermittent splatitis)
5. Last, but most importantly, remember to take your cupcakes regularly.

If you think you are coming down with splatitis, please see your local splatitis specialist immediately.

If you follow these hints, they will reduce your chance of becoming ill with splatitis by 99.99%. This author is not responsible if you follow these hints and find yourself in the 0.01% that contract splatitis anyway.
