Random question here. I'm asking you guys because you're all brilliant and love music and fantasy and are fans of C.S. Lewis...

As most of you know I am directing the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. One thing has been bothering me as the production gets closer, as it always bothers me with every play, and that it: what on earth am I going to use for curtain call?

So, you're all brilliant people. Do you know any songs that fit the mood and essence of Narnia that would go well at the end of play? (I'm hoping to see lots and lots of suggestions.)

Do you want lyrical or non-lyrical music?

I'm not brilliant, but perhaps some of the music from any of the Narnia movies might fit the bill?

I adore the old Narnia movie's theme song. "The battle" from the new one is also good (Composed by Harry Greggson-Williams).

If you want something maybe with the same "feel" but less recognizable, you could look at other, maybe lesser known movies Gregson-Williams has composed, and see if any of the songs in them fit. Or you can look at other movies that are kind of alike. But not Lord of the Rings.
Er, I'm in love with that song "Can't take it in," but as they play it in the LWW credits it would kind of flail. The lady that sings it, Imogen Heap, sings some other really beautiful songs, and her voice is so ethereal.

Lyrical is preferred, but it doesn't matter.
I personally didn't care for any of the songs from the new movies. Haven't looked at the old ones.
Songs we've used before are: Girls just want to have fun, random, oriental, non-lyrical dance style songs, and Time to say goodbye.

The Songs on the Disc I posted are not in the movies at all (unfortunately) but they're all really good.
