Hello, I registered a while back but haven't been able to post in a while. Anyway, I am a Christian Fantasy Writer and budding game developer. I want to use my writing as an Evangelistic tool to reach out to those who are lost.

I have finished my first book entitled "Heritage Lost- The White Tower" and hope to have it out soon.

Looking forward to some great discussion!

Game developer sounds fun. I develop board games more than computer games, but I have used Microsoft Excel to create a pretty epic game.

Congrats on completing a story, that takes dedication.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

As far as the Book, it is called "Heritage Lost- The White Tower" and takes place on the earth (then called elethra) before the re-creation in genesis Chapter one. (Note: I really don't believe that the earth was created, destroyed at Satan's Fall, and then re-created in Genesis chapter one as some believe. But is makes a great backdrop to a story! :) )

It revolves around the Main character, Loriden Ulrich, and his yearning for magic in a nation that has outlawed even the mention of the world. Anyway, his yearning leads him on a great quest to discover the truth. Along the way he learns that a great evil (Sotthem) is moving to invade their land and that he will be a key to stopping it.

As far as the game, I am working on a Christian "Oblivion" style immersive game. And although you CAN use Excel for simple styled games, I am using a different engine. So far it is whipping me but I am hanging in there.

I would be glad to post some excerpts of my book if someone knows the right place to do so.
