You know who I miss? I miss Jay Lauser. Like, a lot. I don't know from whence has come this sudden desire to express said sentiment, but it's been on my mind a lot for the last week or two.

You know what else I miss? People to talk to. Maybe it's my cynicism taking over, or maybe it's just that I'm tired of having hundres of "friends" on Twitter and Facebook and never actually interacting with anyone, but it seems like we had good times on here.

And I sort of noticed that "here" is still here. So I'm wondering....is anyone else here? What's going on these days? Any neat discussions I can go track down and participate in? Who's the life of the party these days? Or have your parties begun to resemble a retirement party instead?

It's nice to see you on the forum, Katie. Activity is now sporadic rather than steady, but there's enough activity that there's no sign of HW retiring any time soon.

Miss Jaynin is back! As Jonathan said, it's quiet, but there are still some active places. And you could also try to create an active thread with lots of discussion.

Yea Activity is up and down, some days are busy, others not. I miss Jay too. I miss a lot of people actually. It's been nice to have Rei back more recently as well.

Do you ever join the skype call that we have on Thursdays? I can't usually make it, as it's Bible study night and I go out at about 2pm and don't get in 'til past 10pm, but I was able to go this week just gone as it was half term it was nice to catch up with a few people.

Not necessarily back-back. Just...around, I suppose. No, I don't do the Skype group calls for a myriad of reasons--one of which being that I just don't like doing voice calls in general. It's hard to multitask and so forth. I miss just plain old active chatrooms though.

I guess I'll go poke around and see what I can find.

From what I gather, the party is kinda quiet around here, but there's always stuff. And if someone needs to raise a ruckus, who better than the Hurricane?
The I&P (now I&C) parties are infrequent, severely lacking in dragons, penguins, and glitter, but that's also because new people only rarely make intro threads in there. There's always a few active threads around, but active chatrooms are still kinda a rarity. Maybe we should release CleverBot in there... that could only end well.
