It really depends on what type of editorial service you're looking for, and, more especially, what your budget is. A professional editor or editorial team will usually charge upwards of a thousand dollars, which, in my opinion, is quite a lot. What I used (Katharina referenced it above) was an editorial evaluation, which provides an overview -- not a page-by-page critique, but basically a six or eight page Word document with detailed notes on the strengths and weaknesses of your book, suggestions for genre and audience, comments on the title, comments on each chapter, and more. It was also affordable for me, although you may or may not find it to be so. Here's the link:
