I'm getting up fairly consistently at 6:00 am. Sometimes I have trouble going to bed on time, but I am trying to stick to getting up anyway.

Good for you!

Is anybody interested in moving on to Level Two?

Good job, everybody.
Aemi -Level Two? Don't deplete your sleep entirely, now. Remember that around nine hours of sleep is healthiest for young adults.
If I had any willpower, I would push back wake-up time fifteen minutes and use the time wisely. Except that I wouldn't use it wisely, so that's a problem. That's where the willpower comes in.

Don't sleep too little, Aemi!

Well done, Mae, with keeping it up. :)

Heehee...actually, I'm not doing the challenge at all right now. I realized that a "going to bed on time" challenge would have been better for me, so that's what I'm working on. ;)

Anyway; Level Two means looking at the time you're getting up now, and pushing it back even farther, in the same way you did Level One. Make sure you are still getting enough sleep!
