It depends on which one you've heard of before. If you're referring to my first ship, aye, this is the one. Though not quite the way the book describes it.

You may watch me control it, though often I set it still, on automatic slow and straight, or have my First Mate control it so I am free to roam about the ship. My first mate is very capable, I assure you. But if it makes you uneasy, I would be happy to control the Nautilus while you are on board.

Ah, right. A tour of the Nautilus. Sorry for taking so long. I was out of town.

Well, I suppose we should start in the engine room. It's on the fourth deck. So, follow me. *gets into steam-punk elevator and goes down to the fourth deck* Now, here we use four types of power. 1. Nuclear power, 2. Solar power, 3. Hydro (not hydra) power, and 4. Steam power. This gives us plenty of energy and the ability to sail for quite some time without needing to refuel.

Sorry, this just sounds funny...hilarious mental image of talking to someone and then waiting a week for them to reply to you while they stare off into space...and then they answer and say "sorry, I was out of town"

For the nuclear power, we use the uranium isotope all forms of nuclear energy use. There is a plentiful source of it underneath the ocean. Solar power is obvious: the sun. The secret to hydro power is sodium, which is bountiful in the ocean, and steam power is... well... steam.

Just one...what do you burn to make the steam?

See, that's the beauty of the design. We don't have to burn anything. With the energy from the other three forms of power, we are able to simply heat up the water to create steam. We use completely clean energy. Which is a must for a submarine, because where would we put the smoke if we used coal or wood to create the steam? It would require extra constant cleaning and more labor than it's worth. That's the same with our galley. We do not burn fuel, we simply use electricity to heat everything up.

Now, over here you can see each of the modules where we create the power. *gestures to for huge metal box-looking things* All of the power generated goes into several giant batteries. *walks forward more, revealing a hundred or so giant batteries* These batteries save what energy we are not currently using, as we do have a lot of energy. Enough to power New York City, in fact. The rest of the energy is channeled to anything from our generators, propellers, and light system to the outlet plugs in the walls.

Hmmm... I don't usually rent electricity... I tend to trade. Can you trade any services or items that you think might be worth the electricity? I'm a reasonable bargainer.
