"So Peter was kept in the prison, but prayer for him was being made fervently by the church to God.
"On the very night when Herod was about to bring him forward, Peter was sleeping...and behold, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared and a light shone in the cell; and he struck Peter's side and woke hip up, saying, 'Get up quickly.' And his chains fell off his hands...and they went out and went along one street and immediately the angel departed from him. When Peter came to himself, he said, 'Now I know for sure that the Lord has sent forth His angel and rescued me from the hand of Herod and from all that the Jewish people were expecting.'"~Acts 12:5-11

I have been noticing lately that we have not been praying together consistently. I know a lot of us are praying on our own, but I really believe that we should pray together more often. Please prayerfully consider this and join Aliza and myself tomorrow at 2:00 CDT. Also, feel free to set up other times of prayer either here or on this thread: viewtopic.php?f=35&t=5766.

Thank you!

I'll try my utmost to be there! :) Thank you for this, Katherina.

Thank you, for noticing this, and taking action, my dear. It was a blessing to me.

That is always a good thing to do. Isn't it a blessing that He allows us to be the tools He uses to bless others, though? :D

I have noticed how we seemed to slow down, as everyone got used to the idea. :(

Unfortunately, I can't be there, as I shall be at a friend's birthday party.

o.O That sounded stiff. :P Sorry, I'm listening to Red Rain. XD

Well, I plan to organize a prayer chat every Saturday, so hopefully you can make it some other time. Have fun at your birthday party :D!
