This is about the time I start school a month after everyone else, start figure skating, and I really have to go hard on bible quizzing to memorize full material. I enjoy all the business, skating three to four times a week, memorizing anywhere from seven to 25 bible verses a week, and doing some school, but it means I'll need to kick myself of HW a little more. But never fear, I won't be gone by any means! You couldn't keep me away from HW! I just may be showing up in chat less, and if you see me in chat for more then half and hour, feel free to tell me to go work on quizzing. Really, an extra push to go and quiz is helpful. Even at times like right now, where here I am, on HW, and I have 16 verses to memorize and 3 days to do them in! Only a few more minutes, then I'll be off..... *gets absorbed in an interesting thread and forgets about quizzing*

Hey everyone! I realized that how much I am on HW really depends on how many quizzing verses I have that week. I only had 14 last week, so I was quite active, by now I have 20 that I have to know by Wednesday, and once I have finished those 20 verses, I will have 28 for the next week! Which kinda makes me go; Ahhhh! That's a lot of verses! So in these next two weeks I might be scarce.

Pretty good. I'm actually spending more time on HW then I probably should. But I can excuse some of that as word wars and chatting to other NaNoers. But I am managing. I don't have time to do everything I would like, but it's working out.

I am having trouble keeping up with bible quizzing. And I know to much time on the computer has something to do with that. So, my solution is this: I must do some quizzing at least before I go on HW. HW will be my reward. That might be reading through the chapter, or writing out verses, or just repeating them endlessly until I remember, I'm going to try to be doing some.

This isn't going to be easy, I'll tell you that much. But if you see me in chat, someone ask me if I did quizzing first.

I'll hopefully still be on HW as much, I'm just going to make myself work for it and hopefully, that should solve the problem.

I need to spend more of my computer time actually writing. So, I am not going to allow myself to be on HW between 10 am and 4 pm. I'll still be on the computer, but hopefully that will help me refrain from always opening the HW tab and spending more time there then I should. And I'll still also try and do quizzing before going on here. This will take effect after the holidays.

P.S I'll give out my email address to anyone who may want to talk to me on there with these new HW rules. Just ask.

Holidays are over. Which means this will start. But first I'm taking a very short HW break that I decided must be taken when I realized I had 29 verses to memorize in two days. Or try to. Thus, I shall be gone until Wednesday night. Just very short as I try to cram for quizzing. Pray for me as I try to memorize as such.

Wednesday night I shall be back, quizzing done or not, and then that is when you will be seeing me around less.


*Nods* There does come a time. I'll still be on the computer a little during the two days of being gone, but only to write and check my email.

I decided to take some of the stress off myself and only do 300 instead of full materiel for this chapter. Which is 15 verses instead of 19. Much more manageable. I don't want to get really stressed about this.

Anyway, that said, I'm off again till tomorrow night. Don't blow anything up in the short time I am gone. I want to be there when it happens.

Ok, I'm back now. And stuck in the middle of a headdesk and a thank-goodness moment. Turns out quizzing wasn't tonight. But, I deprived myself from HW, which makes one appericate it all the more when I got back. And I memorized 15 verses today. That was good. So, yea, I'll back now.
