My first novel,
A Knight from Dein has been available on Kindle since September. The Createspace paperback book is available on Amazon.
It has 518 pages, 174,000 words, and has been a real labour of love - eight years and eight drafts.
[/b]I would also
hugely appreciate it if anyone who reads the book could put a review of it on Amazon. Three of the reviews it has received so far all complained about the Christian content.
You can download a free copy in pdf, ePub or Kindle format from here:http://www.obooko.com/obooko_fantasy/bookpages/fantasy2/fan0130-free-ebook-knight-from-dein-stone.phpHere's the novel's cover and blurb:

Sir Carl Hardcourt, a merchant-knight from Dein, must make a difficult decision. Will he fulfil his obligation to build his father's commercial empire and forsake his chance for courtly love? Or will he heed the call of chivalry and offer his sword to the King of Tenham, who is making a brave yet futile stand against the invincible hordes of grey-skinned, humanoid amalehqs, lead by their brutal king?
The Tenhamese Prince Terrance Whitgrave is headstrong and impetuous, but will face betrayal, terror, and dishonour beyond his comprehension. Can honour, once lost, be regained?
The Lady Sabina Vipont, considered by all to be the most beautiful woman in Tenham, has been promised in marriage to her love, Prince Terrance. Yet not in her worst nightmares could she have imagined the terrors her future holds due to the insatiable lust of another man - a man she loathes.
