Here is a list of Christian fantasy authors along with the titles of their books who were published in the 1990s that you might be interested in looking for.
1) The Crown of Eden by Thomas Williams
2) The Falcon and the Serpent by Cheryl A. Smith
3) The Finnsburg Connection by Matthew T. Dickerson

Of the three, I've only heard about the Crown of Eden. I've got a few others from the '90s.

1. Children of the Night by Harold Myra
2. Guardians of the Singreale by Calvin Miller (this one is actually from the eighties)
3. In the Hall of the Dragon King by Stephen Lawhead
4 Journey to Joona by Kim Engelmann

Never heard of these.... * will have to check them out * I don't read much that's this recent, most of my reading is 1800's or mid 1900's. :D

There's also Patricia McKillip, who has written a few fantasy books that feel oldish, like the Magic of Od, and the Book of Atrix Wolfe.

Yes, I was surprised when I found out she was still alive. I thought she was older than that.
