There was a thread for Pixar quotes and it had a lot of discussions in it, so I figured, why not just have a discussion thread, too? :dieshappy:

What do y'all think about these movies? Favorites? Least favorites? Why do you like them/detest them? :D

Wall-E struck me in a different way. It wasn't because of all that "Keep Clean and Green" and "Save Mother Earth" stuff. I guess it was the many underlying themes, lessons that it had.

I think Up! was one of my favourite Pixar movies. :)

I love all of them that I have seen (I have yet to see Brave or A bug's life.)

The only ones I think aren't very good would be Cars and Cars 2 but even those to were good movies (If they hadn't been made by Pixar.)

My favorites would probably be Up, The Incredibles, and Wall-E.

My favorite is WALL•E. Definitely. :D UP, Toy Story 3, The Incredibles, and Ratatouille are my other favorites. I haven't seen Brave yet...the only films I don't really like (as in, rarely rewatch) are Toy Story, A Bug's Life, and Cars II.

My whole family went on a road trip through the southwestern states the summer that Cars was released, so when we got back home and saw it in the theater, we recognized some of the stretches of highway. It was fun. :D My dad even photoshopped a face onto a photo of our minivan...maybe I could dig it up and post it. *will have to find it and ask*

I want to see!!!

I love Cars (1), Monster's Inc, and Finding Nemo. Those are my favorites. I like them all, to be honest, in varying levels, but those are the top three.

I'm more of a Dreamworks fan. *hides*

But seriously, Pixar has some really good movies. Recently (as in... probably a year ago now) I got into Pixar more. Toy Story is my youngest brother's absolute favorite; he would literally watch the first two movies twice a day each. We finally had to get the third movie for him, and I can't deny I cried at the ending.
UP was adorable, no debate there. Several others my siblings watched so many times I can't enjoy them so much anymore (namely Finding Nemo), but there's still a lot of good ones.

Because admit it. A Bug's Life is legit.

I like Cars II, The Incredibles, Wall•E, Up, almost all, I haven't watched A Bug's Life yet.

*admits it* A Bug's Life is totally legit. *loves that movie* "I KNOW IT'S A ROCK!!!" I was listening to that the other day, and could quote it a LOT. :P Have y'all ever been inside the Tree of Life at Disney World where they have the A Bug's Life show thing? It's really cool. B-) And scary.

I must say, after going out West, I have a whole new appreciation for Pixar's animation department, especially with Cars (an all-time favorite of mine). They did their research very very well. ^_^

ETA: Yes! We've been doing that too. :D I'd love to see the picture. ^_^

My favorite Pixar movies right now are Monsters, Inc. and Toy Story. I want to rewatch The Incredibles and Wall-e soon, and I would not be surprised if they end up near the top of the list as well.

Toy Story is the best! :D I actually haven't seen Monsters Inc. ... Wall-E is always a good one, and I've only seen The Incredibles once, and wasn't much of a fan. :)
