Post subject:  Wrath of the Titans
Has anyone seen Wrath of the Titans? What did you think of it, and did you prefer it to the first one?

I enjoyed it, definitely. I thought that the acting was really good; there was a really good cast, including Rosamund Pike and Bill Nighy. Agenor added a comic side to the film, I thought he was a really good addition.

I didn't like the demons. They were weird, and yea creepy. I thought the ending came about all too fast, and ended so quickly. And I also felt that the plot was rather weak, not much to it. So that was a downside for me.

It was an enjoyable film, though. :)

The spoiler text is stuff that happend in the movie, so if you don't want to read it, don't look at it.
I liked the Demons, not the Minator thing but everything else was good!

I thought it had a good plot, like Hades becoming good, but I didn't like the Gods dieing. But I did like he's Son, I thought it brought a new side to the film.

I will probably see this on DVD so I haven't seen it yet.

I thought its funny that I've seen several places it described as "What the Lord of the Rings would have looked like if directed by Micheal Bay."

I liked the movie, but I think it had several weak points, as well as some mild line blurring. To be honest, though, if you walk into a movie about Greek gods, expect the line blurring.

I didn't see the first one. The graphics for Wrath of the Titans were amazing, I have to admit, but I don't know why, I wasn't fascinated by the plot... :/ :/

It was all right, the trailers made it look a lot better than it was.

The thing I thought it suffered from most was a bit of aimlessness...the writing was mediocre at best and the acting followed that. (Given what they had to work with, completely understandable.) Except for Liam Neeson, who makes anything sound cool. :D

But the effects were really awesome! :cool:

All in all, it was worth the dollar I spent to rent it, but not worth the wild hunt I went on to find a Redbox in town that had it.
