So, a friend of mine really wants me to watch it. I’ve done some research, and on the outside, it looks like there could be a lot of line blurring. The issue of morality, right from wrong, good guy or bad guy- all of those issues seem to be present.

But I also know research can be deceptive at times, and she is so anxious to watch it that I thought I would take my research to the people.

Has anyone seen it? How is the issue of the bad guys being the “good guys” handled? Is their cause and effect for their actions? Do the lines of good vrs evil really blur as bad as I think they will?

I appreciate the help, guys.

I haven't seen it (and I don't plan to because of the content issues.)

I enjoyed it a lot. That said...my Dad changed the channel a couple times to censor it for me, so that helped a lot.

I haven't seen it in a while, but I don't think it did too much line blurring... You do have to go into it realizing that some of your favorite books might have been tampered with. Like how they made Mina Harker a good vampire when her husband didn't die but actually succeeded in killing Dracula!

I think it does sort of play with the "choose your path" concept a bit which can get weird, but overall I think the theme was okay... *scratches head* I just... don't really remember it exactly.
