I decided to post this here because I have not once ever run into anyone who has seen Willow.

Basically, it's the story of this guy (my mom calls him a dwarf... granted, he's short, but he's not a dwarf) named Willow. He finds a baby, who is a princess that had to be sent away from home to avoid the evil queen. Willow finds her, and he and a few others decide they have to find a 'Tall Person' to take care of her.
Somewhere along the line, the rest of his companions chicken out and go home, and he meets a warrior named Madmartigan (yes, he's my favorite character in the movie... go figure).

I have never heard of it! I just looked it up on IMDB, it says

Quote:
A reluctant dwarf must play a critical role in protecting a special baby from an evil queen.

So it seems he is a dwarf. ;)

I'm interested to see if anyone else has seen it too!

Well, I thought I remembered him distinctly saying in the movie, "I am NOT a dwarf!".....but I could be wrong, as it has been a while since I've seen the movie.

Willow had some much promise but unfortunately it fell flat.

(Willow is a Nelwyn (Whatever that is.) Very hobbitish if you ask me.)

I saw it a long time ago. It wasn't one of the better fantasy movies I've seen, though nor was it the worst.
