Brigadoon is a colorful fantasy musical from the 1950s. While it is far from perfect, I enjoyed it overall. I wrote a full review of it for my blog: http://jonathangarner.blogspot.com/2012 ... adoon.html

I've seen parts of it, and I have to say that the storyline is fascinating, what I remember of it. Any stories that deal with time travel or warps and breaches in the flow of time are cool and great food for thought. I'll have to watch it next time my mom puts it on.

Yes, the time aspect of it was interesting from a fantasy perspective.

It was one of those musicals I couldn't finish.
I just have to much respect for real Scottish culture I guess.
