Weekly challenge: Write a short story that incorporates four words. I'll post four words at the end of the explanation. The first person to accept the challenge will use those four words in their story. As they write down their goals for the week, they'll also write four words that the next person doing the weekly challenge must do, etc. Have fun!

First participant's words: message, madman, skylight, migraine

As always...

The Rules wrote:
1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. All challenges (personal or weekly) must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

If this is your first time on one of these quests, you'll need to see the initiation pamphlet.

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered.

If you could write your sign-up post in a similar format to the following, it would be appreciated:
Goal: weekly challenge (or whatever you decide to do)
Timezone: PDT

Slay that dragon!

Weekly Challenge accepted! PDT

As for the next person's words: ancient, ambidextrous, isolophobia (fear of solitude), and foremast

Can I admit I accepted the challenge mainly because I wanted to pick words for the next person?
