Hi, I'm new here, in a way. But I'm no stranger to writing forums.
Ruby: So that's where all your morbid friends are from?
You may like Ruby, you may not. She hates me, and has been begging other authors to kidnap her.
I, for my part, love her...enough to torture her horribly in her book.
Ruby: Don't listen to him. He obviously hates me as much as I hate him.
And she's been trying to kill me recently...
Anyway, she's from Snapshots. Then there's Circle of Three, my current big project. Mariah is the main character there and she starts out as a suicidal wreck.
Mariah:
She's also quite grouchy. In fact, through the entire 80,000 words story she never so much as smirks, smiles, or chuckles. She does mostly scowling and growling. Her friend Vesper, on the other hand, says such things as:
Vesper: Oh, I love this part! Okay...If there is reason to laugh, there is reason to live. And, 'Hope helps who holds to it.'
He's full of philosophical quotes and witticisms.
I have a lot of other characters, but I'll introduce some of them later. Don't expect to meet them all without reading my stories, though. My character count is well over 350.
(Especially if your characters want to fight a little hyper fox named Tynx... to the death.
