No, I should have something about that in the thread. o.O *must fix*

For now though--just post that you'd like to join, and your goal, and I or someone else will edit you in. :D

I'd like to join, then! But what do we do? Design a new world from scratch, or can we work on ongoing worlds? What sorts of things are you looking for? My current story is demanding a lot of world building in the political area.

Okay! Ah, right--any kind of world-building thing can be added as a goal whether it's for a new world or one you've started already. Anything from mapping to figuring out the "rules" of your world, to designing a creature or plant, or whatever...anything. :D So you could definitely make a goal about developing the political stuff in your world.
Some examples:
1,000 words on that topic,
How a specific nation approaches that topic,
Or whatever else--you can choose how your goal works. :D

Okay! Makes sense. And we have a month to meet this goal? Do we have to post our notes or something at the end?

Yeah, the idea is to make a goal for the present month--since I was late in posting this ( :P) it'd be just 'til the end of this month, but you can just have it carry over to the next one if you don't make it.
No, you don't have to, but I think if you do finish a world-building "piece" that you could post, it'd be awesome if you put it in the appropriate forum and linked to it here so we could all see the results of your goal. :D I'm hoping to start posting more soon, too.

Okay then, my goal is to get the politics hashed out for Alatha's Echo, as well as how the spatial cloth works and who supplies the thread. :-)
