Welcome to week fifty-nine of this glorious program designed to--oh, wait, this isn't where we were supposed to run the commercial. :P Sorry 'bout that...

Your goal this week is to write an essence map of language.

As always...

The Rules wrote:
1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. All challenges (personal or weekly) must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

If this is your first time on one of these quests, you'll need to see the initiation pamphlet.

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered.

If you could write your sign-up post in a similar format to the following, it would be appreciated:
Goal: weekly challenge (or whatever you decide to do)
Timezone: PDT

Peopleses:

Blayne: Personal Goal: Edit 5 chapters

Katharina: Personal goal: Edit at least one chapter in WIP
Time Zone: CDT

Rwebhu: Weekly goal.

*raises hand* What's a essence map of language?

There's a forum on here that explains what essence mapping (AKA X) is. :)

I guess I shan't be doing the Weekly Challenge this week.

Never did an essence map.

Good job everyone (and Juliet, for doing the goal, even though she didn't get to report it). :D
