Welcome to week fifty-six!

Your challenge this week is to write a story of at least 26 words that the beginning of each word begins with a different letter. It does not have to be in alphabetical order, and articles don't count. If you want to really challenge yourself, see if you can go through the alphabet a couple times! :D

As always...

The Rules wrote:
1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. All challenges (personal or weekly) must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

If this is your first time on one of these quests, you'll need to see the initiation pamphlet.

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered.

If you could write your sign-up post in a similar format to the following, it would be appreciated:
Goal: weekly challenge (or whatever you decide to do)
Timezone: PDT

* confused * So am I required to use all the letters of the alphabet as a beginning letter somewhere in the story? And can I repeat usage of a beginning letter?

OK, I'll take a plunge and say I'll do it even though I don't understand it yet, 'cause I'm running out of time. :P

You're supposed to use each letter of the alphabet to start consecutive words in the story, but you don't have to use them in order, unless you really want to challenge yourself. You can only repeat letters after you've gone through the whole alphabet once. Does that make more sense?

Personal goal finished.
Weekly challenge completed. (It was really hard.... The story that came out is a little...strange, but not incoherent.)
