I met my goal for this week.

I haven't gotten anything done on mine yet...but I think I will this week.

Has anyone else made progress on/completed any of their goals?

I met my goal last week and forgot to post about it.

And why not, little brother? *crosses arms sternly* No cupcakes for you until you give me a good reason!

Ahh, who, me? I... haven't started yet?

But this is still a writing forum. *tongue*

I have to format a book this weekend, but once I complete the next stage of that I'm going to let it sit for a day before I come back and polish it off. So while that's resting I'll take a day or two and do my world-building goal.

*glances over her shoulder and catches little brother in the middle of making a very weird face*

I met my world building goal this week.

I don't think I am going to meet my goal...

I might even see about getting my subforum archived for a time. Everything is outdated, and the thought of updating it is... *whispers* stopping me from writing.

Not to be a bad example or anything, but I'm not going to complete my goal this month.

I have a very intensive formatting project that has sufficiently consumed my week. I did, however, have a "breakthrough" regarding the origins of my world, so I am working on it in a positive fashion.

I sympathize, Rose, and putting your subforum on hiatus while you clean it up is not a bad idea. However, that is not license to stop working altogether.

Try making a list of what needs done and budgeting it out into small, manageable steps.

Maybe little brother will have to prod big sister to work harder next month... and vice versa.

I got part of my goal done? I took a pen and inked over the continents.

Didn't add the terrain features I'd planned to, though.

Awesome, guys. I'm leaving my goal the same, since I didn't accomplish it last month...I need to try and revise a few articles (ones that would go well as the first pieces to make it to my blog) so I can post them.

I'll aim to write my Nohokai thread this month... I'd try for two, but January will be very busy and I'll probably have to redraw the picture as well... Behemoth shall just have to wait.

I need to figure out a goal..."continue work on my map of Rhoive" is so vague and unspecific. XD I guess...get the map scanned, outline the continents digitally, and give at least one continent terrain features like mountains.

Hey everyone! I missed this at the beginning of January, so I am going to jump in here. To begin the process of world-building, I have created the following: ViV (Pronounced with a short vowel) - The name of my story Planet Etherelm - The name of my heavenly realm Netherelm - The name of my hellish realm My goal for the month of February is to complete the Geographic Landscape of ViV (i.e. The land masses and bodies of water) with a possible cartograph (map) drawn as well.

I haven't made any progress on my goal yet, since the attempt to scan it didn't work so well because the map was in pencil and it was too faint, but I'll have a good opportunity soon to ink over it and add in some terrain features. So, no progress yet but hopefully some soon.

I may not be making my goal this month. I did write one post for my SF, but not the one I intended. Writing has gotten easier in my brain lately than world building, so well it's that way, I'll do what I can. I'm sure I'll be back to my building soon enough. Perhaps even in the next week...
