Welcome to week eighteen! Our ranks are growing. ^_^ I noticed Proc had to visit the chiropractor approximately 26 times last week, we're really thrashing him!

This week your goal is to choose a common action that your character does everyday and describe it in a detailed scene.

As always...

The Rules wrote:
1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. Personal challenges must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

If this is your first time on one of these quests, you'll need to see the initiation pamphlet.

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered.

If you could write your sign-up post in a similar format to the following, it would be appreciated:
Goal: weekly challenge (or whatever you decide to do)
Timezone: PDT

KILL!!! *fires AK-47 in the air sporadically*

Slayers:

Lycanis:

Weekly goal COMPLETE
Personal goal: Do at least four hours of work on Pandemic (including preparation for rewrite, developing characters, etc) COMPLETE
PDT

Aubrey:

Goal: log at least 18 hours editing Peter's Angel COMPLETE

CST

Katharina:

Weekly goal COMPLETE

Personal goal: Write a drabble for the Read-a-Thon activity COMPLETE
Time Zone: CDT

Suiauthon:

Personal Goal: Write another scene in Three-Charries.

Grace:

Personal goal: 18,000 words this week on Never revisions.

Aratrea:

Timezone: EST
Personal Goal: Write 2,000 more words in the Capstone COMPLETE

Wow, that's an intriguing weekly challenge. :D I'm tempted to try it, but I'd better not get suicidal...

Still working on editing Peter's Angel, but I'm going to adjust my goal a bit to factor in my adjusted publishing date and all the reading I want to do this week.

Goal: log at least 18 hours editing Peter's Angel
CST

I would do something this week, but this week is the dairy show, so I probably won't have time... :(

You know what, Jeremiah? I'm afraid I'm going to have to give up on that goal. I hadn't known just how much work I'd be doing this weekend. I'm too tired each night to write much, and if I try to force it, it's not coming out well. I can't rush the edits quite that much, they won't be any good. Thank you for trying, anyway. I'm really sorry about that.

Thanks for understanding, Jeremiah. :)

I don't know. Despite me making a silly big deal about it on Twitter sometimes, I really don't have a problem with procrastination on writing. Which is why I originally didn't participate in any of these. Thanks anyway, though, for wanting me. :)
