Holy Worlds Weekly Challenge - Week Eight

Welcome to week eight!

Your quest is to pick one of your characters and take them through these questions.

BONUS weekly challenge: Participate in the Sci-Fi Drabble Contest! (only valid until Wednesday the 23rd!)

As always...

The Rules wrote:

1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. Personal challenges must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter once it gets off its feet. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered.

I am gonna die.

But if I keep up with one scene a day (save Sunday), I can meet my goal of finishing the revision by the end of the month... so... Nobody lives forever!

Does editing and rewriting my drabbles count for the personal goal?

I don't have time to write more, but I have about 3 or 4 to rewrite, edit, and submit.

Azlyn: Did you mean personal goal or bonus weekly? If you already submitted them for the bonus weekly, it doesn't count for that, but your edits can count as part of your personal goal.

sorry for that childish gesture...

Anyway...didn't my dwarf history count as the personal goal and the weekly goal? That would (I think) mean I get extra points or something for incorporating the weekly goal in my personal goal...unless I'm misunderstanding something (which is very possible, I know).

Goals: Weekly challenge, bonus weekly challenge, and more work on my Human race phonetic system.

You mean do the weekly challenge? Anyway, no you don't have to specify how many times you'll do it, just do it and then if you feel like you can do it again go for it.

I finished a drabble Monday or Tuesday and submitted it. Last night I was able to finish the questionnaire for my main character. I hope to put another character through the questionnaire today or tomorrow. I have also finished my personal goal.

I hope you make it, Azlyn! My character (Lecan) is being snarky, and is annoyed by silly questions...but I keep telling him that they're important and (though he doesn't believe me) he is submitting a little better, I think, aside from the unnecessary comment now and then...
