Me: Mind me while my characters mess up this whole attack on Seymour thing...I rather like this character.

Emuna: *creates large glowing orb and throws it at Merashath*

Me: (@everybody) if I happen to have Brian or Emuna throw these orbs at you they can do one of two things. Simply act as another punch, or disintegrate you. You can decide on that one.

Emuna: Well, way to make us come across as deadly.

Me: What?! If I'm going to be throwing glowing orbs at peoples they gotta know what they are!

Emuna: Yah, but you could leave the punch part ou-

Me: Oh, Just be quiet and hope somebody doesn't attack you too! I'm busy trying to save Brian from something...I'm hoping is human.

Brian: *grabs dagger out of sleeve and slashes at Raczr's leg when it comes to kick him*

Me: I know that makes no sense.... I'm terrible when it comes to fighting...certain things just leave me at a mind blank.

Gavin: You're telling me...

Me: Excuse me?

Gavin: Nothing!

Merashath: *barely avoids the orb and re-directs towards Emuna, releasing a tongue of fire*

Me: Oh...well....that's new.

Emuna: *creates force field around her body like a kind of armor to protect her from the fire*

Brian: *dodges blow and kicks Raczr in the chest*

Niarah - (Leaps at Pirzak, but is grabbed by Ashrai) What are you doing?!

Ashrai - It's Jay's fight, stay out of it.

Niarah - (Wrenches free, dodges his grab for her shoulder, and dashes to Seymour) I'll be over here, then. Traxus!

Traxus - (Darts towards Jay and Pirzak, leaps and plants a kick in Pirzak's chest) Got it! Hello, Jay, having issues?

Ember - (Circles around Chayn) New York is a large village with bright lights and loud noises. It's very pretty at night.

Sylvia - Again, they don't appreciate dragons. (Tickles Ember's ear)

Ember - Hey! Stoppit!

Ryan - (Watching the struggle) Hey, Silver, do you think we should join in?

Silver - We'd only make it more chaotic.

Ryan - We're in character intros.

Silver - So?

Ryan - It's supposed to be chaotic!

Silver - if they attack us or anyone from our story, then we'll go.

Ryan - Does Zanya count?

Zanya - (shifts position so that she doesn't hamper Rowen's movement) Any thoughts? (Flings her knife at Suragore)

Silver - Ah . . . Yep. Climb on!

Niarah - (Twirls her staff, and stands by Seymour) So it looks like I'm with you now. (Glares at Fallen and Merashath)

Me - I think my charries have protective complexes. Even when someone doesn't need it. . .

Ashrai - (Vanishes into the shadows)

Me: Oh! Come on! How am I supposed to getting him out of that?!

Emuna: What?!

Me: Uhh....nothing.

Brian: *yells out in pain and uses unharmed arm to grab Raczr's arm and pull him down. Presses dagger against Raczr's neck*

Me: If you can picture that...

Gavin: Maybe we shou-

Me: No!

Gavin: Fine.

Me: I've missed a lot. Sorry.

Alexis: *places rapier tip just above Raczr's collarbone* Sorry it took me so long, Brian. *keeps an eye on Jay to make sure he doesn't need help*

Me: Brian's dead isn't he?...

Emuna: Oh, no he is not!

Me: What?

Emuna: Ehem! Powers much?!

Me: Oh my goodness! How could I forget about that?! Hehe...pardon as I confuse you, dear Elizabeth.

Brian: *a blinding flash of light explodes around Brian, throwing Raczr off of him*

Me: Yup...that works.

Brian: *lies on the ground tired* I think...he broke my shoulder.

Me: Yah, that would be possible.

Alexis: *fumbles a little as Raczr kicks her rapier, but keeps control* *stands over Brian, keeping her rapier in Raczr's direction* Drop my weapon?! Never. I am sworn to...*coughs* *waves Aris/Corelle over to see to Brian*

Me: Hehe...I did not know that..otherwise I would've had Brian throw light at him whole pages ago.

Brian: *tries to stand up* *grimaces and collapses back down* Uhh....yah...

Me: Except using his power takes a lot of energy if he uses it at full force....

Emuna: I still can't believe you forgot about it.

Me: In my defense...Uhh...

Emuna: You have no defense.

Me: Why don't you just get back into character and flip out because Brian is hurt?

Emuna: *scowls* Fine. *rushes over to Brian* Are you going to be all right?

Brian: *groans* Yup...just...fine.

Rinifer: *slightly late, dodges the kick, and watches from the side as the two scramble about, ready to move in. With the burst of light, he jumps in front of Brian, waiting for Raczr to return.

Cuoash: *slowly lifts up her head to look at the rebellion*

Trina: *stays with her plan to attack Pirzak. She pulls a dagger out of her belt*

Me: How big are Emuna's orbs?

Rinifer: DUCK!

Merashath: *Swoops in behind Emuna and breaths out an inferno*

Corelle: [Hurries over to Brian] Where are you hurt, young sir?

Mordir: [Lunges at Trina] Are Luvarians always this polite?

Me: No idea, I've only had one in an actual story. Corelle hasn't made it out of my brain yet.

Seymour: [Eyes Mereshath, and jumps upward very high, he lands a few feet behind where he originally stood and takes out his staff] Is that all you have?

Zurik: [Tries to sneak around to Cassie]

Me: NO! BACK AWAY FORM THE GIRL! SCOOT!

Zurik: Oh come on! Grr, fine. [Turns and attacks Emuna instead]

Mordir: Do you have something against women, Zurik?

Meriak: [Swings her leg up high and lands it into Kaida's shoulder, furling her wings tightly to protect her feathers, but the bone part of her wing gets slashed] You will die!!

Me: Eesh.

Tesmir; Then you two should get along splendidly. [Cuts at Rune's back]

Rune: [Blocks Tesmir and tries to trip Tanner up by swinging his leg out from behind Tanner's]

Chayn: That sounds lovely. I want to go there someday.

Rowen: [Snaps at Suragore's neck] I'm not sure. We couldn't outfly it for long. and staying away from its fangs is nigh impossible. [Swings his tail out to ward the creature off] We just need to keep it back, and hope it gets bored- [Sees Silver and Ryan] Your friends have excellent timing. But let me know if you or they get bitten right away.

Aris: [Steps beside Alexis] Need a hand?

Me: [Sits back] Whew, I think that's everyone.

Seymour: [Looks at Emuna and Niarah] Thank you.

Me: Oh shoot! Forgot someone!

Tounon: I was beginning to wonder. [Thrusts forward, then side-steps to Elanhil's right and cuts at his shoulder, but redirects his speed and jumps behind Elanhil to his left side and cuts there]

Me: This is awesome.

Tounon: I don't think Rousen ever showed me this stuff.

Tesmir: Rousen didn't know you'd be dueling a master swordsman.

Jek: He'd be proud either way.

Tounon: [Smiles, but says nothing]

Alexis: (@Corelle and Aris) Brian thinks his shoulder is broken. I'm sorry, please excuse me. *knows Brian's safe with Rinifer, Aris, and Corelle* *goes to help Emuna*

Me: Is Pirzak also susceptible to light?

Me: (@Elahil) Usually about the size of a basket ball...unless I particularly says she makes a large orb in which case they are about the size of a...hmmm....like one of those large exercise balls.

Emuna: *ducks as the flames shoot above her, barely recreating her shield in time*

Brian: *forces self to sit up* Gavin...help her.

Gavin: What? Me?...I can't do anything. You two got the cool weapons. *pouts*

Brian: *glares at Gavin*

Me: Hehe...you know, Brian. He's right. He can't do much other than slash Merashath with a sword.

Brian: Well, that's more than I can do. *cough*

Me: Good point.

Brian: (@Corelle) Just my shoulder and right hand...I'm fine. I'd worry more for Emuna's safety right now.

Me: In hind sight...I really should have put above-normal healing pace for wounds on your list of powers...but that would make it too unrealistic.

Brian: *scowls* Thanks...

Corelle: Just sit tight, young'un, and we'll have you fixed up. [Tends to Brians injuries. She's not as gentle as Aris, but her hands are more skilled.]

Zurik: I've been ignored. How insult-

Me: You really need to chill out.

Zurik: Grr, fine. [Attacks Rinifer instead]

Me: He's so weird.

Mordir: What does that make you?

Me: [Smacks him]

Jek: What happened to throwing dictionaries?

Me: He's busy dueling. Don't want to knock him off balance.

Seymour: Be careful, Miss Emuna.

Beron: [Gives up chasing Tynx and returns to Rune]

Tynx: [Stops, sides heaving, and looks around] Where can I help?

Mordir: Fallen, get rid of the fox! He's a shapeshifter!

Jek: [Tries to stay out of the way]

Mordir: Don't think you've been forgotten.

Chayn: [Circles above lazily]

Me: I didn't ignore him....just wasn't exactly sure what "attack" meant and Emuna is busy trying to keep from getting burned right now...

Emuna: Wait...

Me: What?

Emuna: I thought only Brian could do full body armor?

Me: Good...question.... *thinks for second* It's the necklace, heightens your powers, okay? Carry on.

Emuna: Fine. *buries face into hands* I don't think being careful helps much at this point, Master Seymour.

Brian: *grimaces* Thanks, Corelle. *glares at Gavin* And you! Go help Emuna or I will slice you in two!

Me: *sings* I think I just developed Brian!

Gavin: Uhh....right...help...Emuna...umm... *draws sword clumsily*

Kaida: *reels back from the blow, her mouth twists into a satisfied smirk* I do not fear death. It seems you're not as stoic as you hoped.

Tanner: *trips but recovers and gets behind Rune waiting for a move from Tesmir to give him a chance to strike properly*

Me: It wouldn't let me watch the video, but I think I see what your saying.

Griffin: (holds on to his sword, knocking Beduun in the head with the pommel, causing him him to relax his hold and quickly slipping out from underneath before Beduun recovers and doing a back-handspring onto his feet, he brings the sword up to keep Beduun from springing on him)

Trina: *Leaps forward to avoid getting hit by Mordir's sword, straight at Pirzak. She struggles, and stumbles when he twists her arm. She bites her bottom lip, and sinks to her knees. She switches her sword to her left hand, and slashes horizontally at his legs*

Cuoash: *feels at a loss as what to do*

Rinifer: *Stands, waiting for Raczr, but turns towards Zurik ready*

Elanhil: *Slices upward to block Tounnon's sword, and turns and follows him, and easily blocks the second slash*

Merashath: *Lands past Emuna and then runs back, teeth bared and claws ready*

Me: What does that mean?

Gavin: It mean she be dead.

Brian: GAVIN!

Gavin: *jumps* What?! She wrote it!

Brian: *glares*

Me: *stifles laugh* Sorry, I'm just...hehe...random. Anyways;

Emuna: *creates glowing orb and throws it into Merashath's mouth* *hurriedly strings an arrow and shoots it at his chest quickly followed by another arrow to his right arm*

Me: Yup...that's all I got.

Merashath: *roars...sort of...and rears back when the orb hits him. The arrows hit him, to little effect*

Niarah - Over here, Tynx!

Traxus - (Blocks Pirzak's swing at Jay with his axe and kicks Pirzak in the side of his knee to knock him off balance)

Me - Hard to write actions . . .

Silver - (Slaps the Suragore with a huge claw, aimed to send the winged snake hurtling into the wall)

Ryan - Atta girl! Rowen, how venomous is this thing?

Zanya - (Shifts to feline form, lighter and more balanced so as not to hamper Rowen's movement)

Ember - Maybe we should pitch in.

Sylvia - I'm not so sure . . .

Fallen: *nods* *sprints toward Tynx* *her hands start to glow*

Dai: Ark, we can't just stand here. We have to help.

Ark: I know, I know...*looks around* Let's help Emuna.

*Dai and Ark run toward Emuna*

Emuna: *tries to create another orb, but can't due to her panicked emotional state* Uhh....I need to practice this more. *strings last arrow and shoots it surprisingly fast at Merashath's eye*

Me: He may be a dragon-like creature....but I don't think dragon's have much of a resilience to arrows being shot at their eyes.

Brian: *tries to stand up to help Emuna, but falls back down* Gavin...

Gavin: I can't do anything! She'd have to save me if I ended up helping her!

Brian: *sigh* Let's hope Ark and Dai can help her then...

Me: Hehe...this is rather fun. And did I mention epic development for book two?

Merashath: *His eye widens as the arrow comes towards it, providing a larger target. At the same instant he tries to turn his head but it strikes his eye, and he reels back with a huge scream. The wound is by no means deadly, but it is extremely painful, and it damages his perspective* Aargh! *Lunges at Emuna and bites her head off*

Me: Ok, first time I've seen that expression used literally... Bethy, since his sight is off anyways she can probably dodge it easily...

Me: Death by decapitation from dragon bite...hmm... *ponders*

Brian: BETHANY FAITH!

Me: I'm kidding! I wouldn't kill Emuna even in character introductions! *thinks up plan* I have an idea...

Emuna: *dodges bite and grabs Brian's sword that lay on the ground a few feet away from her* *runs under Merashath, slashing at his underbelly*

Me: There...every fight all tied together nicely in a pretty bow.

Brian: Pretty?

Me: Hey! I could've let him decapitate her!

Brian:

Merashath: *drops his neck down and prevents Emuna from running under him* Where do you think you are going? *Grabs her by her shoulders in his talons, and flies upwards*

Me: *claps* This is fun!

Brian: You are cruel...

Me: I know, I know. Live with it and move on.

Brian: I can't live with it if you are going to let him kill Emu-

Me: Don't think I caught that...

Brian:

Emuna: *screams and thrashes against talons* Let me down!

Dai: *looks up at Merashath and Emuna* You can't fly, can you?

Ark: No.

Dai: Well, there goes that idea...

Ark: If he drops her, I may be able to catch her without injuring her further. Keep following them.

Brian: *stands up* *stumbles some* I can fly...

Gavin: Ha! Not in your state you can't!

Brian: Do you have a better idea?!

Gavin: No! But I would prefer one that works.

Brian: *sigh* *sinks back to the ground* You're right...there's no chance I could gather that much strength...

Ark: Are you capable of drawing strength from someone else?

Me: Good...question...

Brian: *looks up at Me pleadingly*

Me: Don't give me puppy dog eyes! Because you know you can't! Duh!...*grumbles* Would've messed up the whole plot line for book one.

Brian: *sighs* No, guess not, Ark.

Merashath: Lets see if you can... *drops her*

Me:

Emuna: *screams*

Brian: Emuna! *watches helplessly*

Gavin: I-I...I can't catch her...

Trina: Get her now, Merashath!

Merashath: No.

Me: I'm going to guess here...but I'm guessing she has about...five or so posts to fall...five posts or until somebody catches her...

Brian: Catch her, Gavin!

Gavin: I can't!

Brian: Gavin!!!

Gavin: I can't catch her without hurting both of us and probably killing her!!

Brian: *watches wide-eyed*

Someone said they could catch her...

Yup, Ark said that, but Leandra is doing a critique group chat... So it's whoever gets to her first.

Me - Someone has got to save her . . . Ashrai!

Ashrai - (Invisible in the shadows) Can't. Sorry.

Me - Try?

Ashrai - No.

Sylvia - Ember!

Ember - (Dives beneath Emuna so that she lands on his back) Oof!

Sylvia - (Steadies Emuna in front of her) You alright, Emuna?

Ember - Three people . . . not good. Hang on! (Does a semi-crash landing)

Sylvia - (Jumps clear, pulling Emuna and Klasina free)

Ember - (Shakes himself off) Whew, I'm good. Emuna, are you ok?

Merashath: * divebombs them*

Emuna: *quivers and starts to tear up* N-no! I am not okay! I just fell Elah knows how many feet almost hitting the ground after being entangled in a dragon's talons! Not okay! *sinks to the ground and starts to sob*

Me: *writes down in notebook* Mm-hmm...developed fear of heights...check!

Gavin: *walks over to Emuna* Umm...you're...Uhh...safe...now.

Emuna: Go away, Gavin!

Gavin: Okay! *hides behind boulder*

Ark: Well done, Ember. *sends a beam of light at Merashath's eyes* Dai, watch my back.

Dai: Got it.

Yeah, something happened to their channel. Anyways...

Bëduuín hooks Griffin's arm on the inside, preventing the blow with ease. He catches Griffin's wrist and swings his leg around, locking it over his head. He drops backwards in the same motion and drives his hips upwards, breaking Griffin's arm and making him drop the blade away from his head.

Merashath: * shakes his head and redirects towards Ark*
