Greetings,

We will be using these forums here for some discussion and organization, but for the most part all of the action will be taking place on google docs. That is more secure, and adaptable to our purpose. Therefore, if you have any amount of the slightest inclination to be assisting us in any way in this project, please drop me an email ([email protected]) letting me know, and I will add the email address that you sent it from to the folders (the HWEFs) where we will be working.

We will be divided into teams of two or so people (preferably people who have independent means of communication, like siblings) each of which will be focusing on specific fractalling points. This mind map explains those fractal focus points. Each of the outmost bubbles are a focus point, each of which will have one or more teams assigned to them.

You can of course provide ideas for pieces that you are not focusing on.

We will also all be still working on this together, so stay in touch on the docs in google and on here.

If you have any questions at all feel more than free to ask!

I'm asking this here so that everyone will see the answer: How will we go about creating teams? Will there be a thread where we post communication abilities (Skype, chat, etc.), our time zone, and the element we are interested in developing?

There is a spreadsheet in the HWRF that keeps track of all that. So it is best to use that (since we are using the HWRF to do everything anyways haha).

As for making teams, it will be primarily volunteer based. People can propose teams and focuses based off of who they have the most reliable access to (again, siblings work well ) and what their interests are. If people need help, they can post in this thread (that I just created) asking for suggestions, and we can team them up.

Does that make sense?

Methinks it would be very helpful to everyone if in each world subforum, there was a basic post with basic information available...like a quick paragraph on the interaction of this race with the others, another para on what they look like, etc...? Just so we all remember well.

That sounds like a good idea. I will see if I can get around to that. Unless... one of you wants to collate some of the stuff scattered around here into a quick hodgepodge for it.

Don't look at me, I dont' know all where you stashed stuff. I'm busy anyway working on 'goblin slayers', revising & then pitching a short to producers for a contest, outlining & drafting a short for a different purpose, and trying to complete my ScriptFrenzy script in six weeks instead of four...can't handle any more writing projects.
