Writers INC, by Patrick, Sebranek, Dave Kemper, and Verne Meyer is an excellent book for writers.

It has grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules, how to construct a sentence, forms of writing (such as personal writing, creative writing, persuasive writing, etc...) understanding and using the writing process, and so on.

The format and tone make it a pleasure to read.

I highly recommend it!

It's a dictionary of names, and is categorized by meanings/languages/alphabetically as well. Hope it helps!
