Welcome to week fifty-seven!

Your challenge this week is to write a letter from an earthling that visits your fantasy world to their friend back on Earth. If you don't have a fantasy world of your own, feel free to use Narnia, Middle Earth, or another world of your own choosing.

As always...

The Rules wrote:
1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. All challenges (personal or weekly) must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

If this is your first time on one of these quests, you'll need to see the initiation pamphlet.

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered.

If you could write your sign-up post in a similar format to the following, it would be appreciated:
Goal: weekly challenge (or whatever you decide to do)
Timezone: PDT

Hey, hey, hey. There is no try; there is only do. You can do it.

Incidentally, am I to count that as an official goal declaration?

XD Okay.

Yeah, sorry. I'm a little whacko today, so I'm not making much sense. :P It's an official 'I'll try the weekly goal'.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the impending HW outage, if you cannot access the site on Saturday, you have until midnight of the day it comes back on (Sunday, I think) to declare your goal complete. If HW is still out on Sunday, the new goal will be a day late.
