Welcome to week Sixteen! We have a very exciting goal this week (in my opinion anyway), this week we will write a 500 word worldbuilding article on a race in our worlds.

As always...

The Rules wrote:
1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. Personal challenges must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

If this is your first time on one of these quests, you'll need to see the initiation pamphlet.

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered. The very first weekly challenge feature will be in the next newsletter! Keep your eyes peeled!

If you could write your sign-up post in a similar format to the following, it would be appreciated:
Goal: weekly challenge (or whatever you decide to do)
Timezone: PDT

KILL!!! *fires AK-47 in the air sporadically*

Slayers:

Lady Katharina:

He begged me first, but when I started to bend he turned to threatening. I'm not sure what to make of that. o.O

*hopes Katie finishes tonight* ^_^

...I can still sign up for the goal after Monday, right? THe rules seemed to indicate the Monday deadline was only for personal goals, but I wasn't quite sure...

Aratrea, I encourage the participants to post all their goals before Monday night. However, since the rules aren't clear I need to fix them...., and problems don't arise from declaring a weekly goal partway through the week like they would from personal goals, go ahead. :) And welcome! :D

Did the weekly goal twice more. :D (I've got points to catch up on!)

So that makes for x4 of the weekly goal, and I completed my personal goal though it is not checked in the first post.

Mine's not marked as complete on the original post, but I can't remember what my score was before so I have no idea if it went up or down.
