Hello fellow questers! This week's weekly goal is to write a 500 word short story with the theme of fear. Whoa that's scary... :pale:-eh... Anyway...

As always...

The Rules wrote:
1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. Personal challenges must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

If this is your first time on one of these quests, you'll need to see the initiation slip.

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered. The very first weekly challenge feature will be in the next newsletter! Keep your eyes peeled!

If you could write your sign-up post in a similar format to the following, it would be appreciated:
Goal: weekly challenge (or whatever you decide to do)
Timezone: PDT

KILL!!! *fires AK-47 in the air sporadically*

Slayers:

Lycanis:

Weekly Challenge--COMPLETE
Spend at least 1/2 hour on the story for Jay. - COMPLETE
Timezone: PDT

Astronomer:

Goal: write a 500+ word story - COMPLETE
Timezone: EST

Lady Katharina:

Personal goal: Start secondary plot in WIP. - COMPLETE
Time Zone: CDT

I didn't make it last time, so I might have to sit out. :P

Yeah, hopefully, as I will be home then.

Or I might jump in anyway and then fail again. :P

Well, once I get home it will be after the weekend before I can really stop moving. So I will just sit out for one week. But only one! ;)

Astronomer- did you do the weekly challenge, so that the story has the theme of fear, or were you doing a personal goal?

I finished my personal goal! :D

I think it was a personal challenge. The story mentioned fear, but I don't think that was the theme.
