Week thirteen! *tosses leaves and rose petals*

My fellow procrastination slayers, your goal this week is character development based and is to write a story in which a character from one of your WIPs discovers that something they didn't believe exists actually does.

As always...

The Rules wrote:
1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. Personal challenges must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter once it gets off its feet. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered. The very first weekly challenge feature will be in the next newsletter! Keep your eyes peeled!

If you could write your sign-up post in a similar format to the following, it would be appreciated:
Goal: weekly challenge (or whatever you decide to do)
Timezone: PDT

On your mark! Get set! Go!!! *fires pistol excitedly*

I finished my weekly goal. I put it (almost) in drabble form (it is five words over for it to be a true drabble).

Here is the link if you want to read it.

Thanks, Lycanis!

Good job on finishing yours!

I have finished my logline. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Luckily I was able to get a lot of help from Jonathan, Juliet, and Jordan. (Wow, I just noticed that all of their names start with "J". How weird is that?) Anyway, I still need to finish the 2nd draft, but hopefully that will go better than my logline :P.

They certainly can. My first one was pretty easy, so I was surprised how hard this one was. Although, I shouldn't have been, this story is much more complex than the other one :P.

I finished my 2nd draft. I might try to do another weekly challenge or two later today, if I can. We'll see.
