Is it okay if I get the last 200 and some of doubling the weekly goal on something other then musical instruments? Being a non-musical person, I'm running into road blocks. :P

I have to apologise, guys. Real life got in the way of me joining in this week; and since I have jury service next week, I can't see me being able to join in next week either. I'll get to do it sometime!

M/L/S: Keep trying! You still have time.

Azlyn: Hmm....I'll have to think about that one. The weekly goal is technically that the 500 words be in one article, so....

What do the rest of y'all think?

Elanor: That's all right. I hope you can join us soon!

Well, I finished the chapter. Though I have to say it's a good thing my goal didn't include being happy with what I wrote. ;)

Well...Azlyn is there possibly anything about the instruments that you haven't covered yet possibly? I guess I don't know what to suggest since I can't see what you already have. :P Do you have details on where the instruments are used and alternate ways of building them (with different designs/materials)?

I don't know...I hope you're able to finish! :/

Well, I can go over the what I wrote on one instrument and see if there is anything else I can possibly add. It's when I try to write about a different instrument that I start running into issues.

It's just for bonus points, so I can do without getting the extra. I'll just keep at it.

I finished chapters 16 and 17 of my book for a total of about 1,436 words. (Yes, they are short chapters). I didn't think I would be able to write very much this week, and lo, and behold, I write more than I ever thought possible. Plus, I also did some writing in the story for Jay. *Is excited that her villian is getting more villainy*

Good job! :D

And I got my 1000 words on musical instruments! I added more to the Stringed Drum, and included what I wrote about a different instrument before I got stuck. I think I'll spend the rest of the day polishing the Stringed Drum article so I can have it considered for the HW newletter.

I'm not sure if I'll do that last part...when do we have to put it in the fireside by if we want it considered?

I finished the weekly challenge! It's half culture/half history, but I's calling it culture. Tell's Sword I've never had so much trouble writing 500 words...

Now, let's see if I can squeeze out those script pages before it's too late!

I can't believe it. I just broke 505 on the worldbuilding article. However, it is handwritten so may not be totally accurate, but I'm above 500.

Phewph...all done! 18 pages, chapter four of Hope, done. I made the mistake of saving thirteen of those pages for today. But luckily I didn't have much homework, so it's completed. Only 500 words from the 20k point on this story. So, personal goal completed! =) *sigh*

Well, I finished the chapter. Though I have to say it's a good thing my goal didn't include being happy with what I wrote. ;)

*nods at little sis knowingly* :P *hugs and offers a cupcake* :D There's always revisions!

*gasps for breath* I'm done! I did five scenes in Peter's Angel (didn't end up sticking with Edwin's storyline) and 500+ words in a world-building article. It's not finished, and I'm not sure yet if I'll actually keep this information as one article or expand it... It's kind of a summary. But even though I didn't edit it, it's polished enough to be an article, so it counts. :)

Did you mean to put that in the other thread? ;) You don't have an un-essenced character that you could do?
