Currency:
Each race has its own form of currency, the different types are fairly simple. Here are the currencies according to each race.

Thonack: The Thonack have two types of currency, a Thonack shekel, and a Thonack coin. Two Thonack Shekel is one Thonack coin. The Thonack shekel is one Helvorr coin.

Selentae: The Selentae have one form of currency, made of the outer skin of a forbin fruit, the name of which is the Selentae half-shekel. A Selentae half-shekel is one Helvorr shekel.

Helvorr: The Helvorr have a surprising four different types of currency; the Helvorr half-shekel, the Helvorr shekel, the Helvorr coin, the Helvorr gold-piece, and the Helvorr block. Two Helvorr half-shekels is one Helvorr shekel, two Helvorr shekels are one Helvorr coin, two Helvorr coins are one Helvorr gold piece, five Helvorr gold pieces is one Helvorr block. a Helvorr block is twenty Helvorr coins.

Kylon: The Kylon have no currency, in purchasing goods, they trade.

To buy A loaf of bread with the races form of currency:
Thonack: Two Thonack shekel, one Thonack coin.
Selentae: Two Selentae half-shekel
Helvorr: Four Helvorr half-shekel, two Helvorr shekel, one Helvorr coin, one
half Helvorr gold piece, one fourth Helvorr gold block.
Kylon: three eggs, a forbin fruit etcetera…

You do enough digging and you find some really neat threads...

Interesting how all your currency lines up... the fruit currency reminds me of the ancient Maya civilization that used cocoa beans as currency.

I have one question: how is that all these different coinages have such easy trade-ratios with coins from other nations? especially in a medieval/ancient economy?

The Hunza used apricot kernels. Some people used seashells too.

Thanks! Some of them kinda get weird and hard to pronounce. I've changed around Thorrack and Kylor about a hundred times!
