And I'm thinking about using it in Ska'Lah'Seh.

Basically, it goes that man was first exiled from Eden; you have the story of Cain and Abel. Well, in this version of the story, Cain throws Abel off a cliff into a river and is then is sent to live in the wilderness by God. There Cain becomes like the beasts of the land. And his sons, too, are fierce and beast-like people, AKA Orcs. In this version of the story, Abel survives his brother's attack but finds himself in a far away land where, guided by angels, he and his descendants become a majestic race, AKA Elves. The descendants of Seth continue on being men.

The descendants of Abel, in this world, take the place of the Jews and are God's chosen people. The descendants of Abel go through a lot of suffering, especially by the hands of the descendants of Cain. But when salvation arrives through Christ, all races--whether the Elves, the Pagan Humans or the Godless Orcs--are elevated to the chance of achieving salvation.

How is this? Do you think I should use it?

That's a really cool thought. I take it then, that the elves aren't always good like they are in Middle Earth and such, then you would sort of have to make the humans the chosen still... It sounds really neat though.

Neat. So are the other races actually other races, or are they just different versions of the human race?

That is a cool idea. Creative! It makes sense, too. :)

The Elves, or Mon'An, and the Giants (Changed it from orcs), or Bro'An are both still human. However Ska'lah'Seh is also home to three races of beast men, who are animal species elevated to the same level as humans and remade into a human like image. They are, however, not human.

Ah. I'd be curious to hear more about these beast-men...
