I would say it depends on how you portray the vampires and werewolves.

Well, I think vampires and werewolves are kind of touchy creatures to deal with, but if you portray them in a Christ-honoring way instead of honoring Satan with them, it should be okay, I think.

You should talk to Racham Mimetes, Starcrafter. He has all kinds of things like that in his writing.

I personally think so long as you are portraying them as they are (evil) it is alright, though not something I generally read.

To clarify my previous statement further (hopefully), representing something evil (eg. a witch or sorcerer) as good would be honoring Satan, because those are things that God hates. We cannot honor Him by representing evil as good.

One thing that helps show readers if something is good or bad is how the story shapes their story. Say you have a vampire as a main character. If you have him die in the end and have a side-character triumph. Or you could try to pull a Jonah sort of ending. But that's a bit hard to pull off.

I think that we almost need to write about them thanks to Twilight I feel it's almost our duty to put those types of creatures back into their proper light.
