The serpents: Are a race of very tall (ranging from 7 to 10 feet. ) They are transparent and appear to be a running water in the shape of a tall human.
Quite evil , keep to themselves.

Ok, so some questions. Why are they evil, what do they do to make the evil and did they turn evil, or have they just always been so?

Where do they live?

What sort of food do they eat?

So do they look exactly like humans but with transparent skin?

They have always been evil. they thirst for war and blood shed.
They live by the ocean, (When I'm done my map you will know exactly where they live.)
They look kinda like humans but with long limbs, long body long neck, ect. They walk very graceful and they are quite beautiful/handsome. There whole body inside and out is transparent, and if you think of clear water flowing down slowly.

They eat pretty much anything that's edible.

Mainly by water. But there really good swimmers.

Could you also give a reason as to why they are evil? And also, do they live near fresh water, salt water, or can it be in both?

They can live in any type of water.

They wish to destroy all the other races in my world. But they are scared to move inland to fight, thus they haven't waged war, yet!!!

Oh, now I understand. Is there a reason as to why they wish to destroy the other tribes?

They hate everything that doesn't have to do with water. And they also want to rule all the water races.

What other water races? Do these serpents wear any kind of clothes? Can you see right through them or can you see their organs (like a glass frog. look it up if you don't know what it is)?

They don't wear cloths because you can only see there outline, really.

They plan on taking over by enslaving the other water races by force.
They have special weapons that are made out of a special metal that is really strong. There main weapon is called "Dalino" they are very long and twisted/gnarled, but it has a sharp edge.
