Post subject:  The People of the wind

Ok, so in my fantasy world there is a large plateau maybe a couple hundred miles square. And there is a group of people who live there that claim to be the original inhabitants of the whole country. These people are nomads and travel between the ravines scattered over the plateau.
Here's the thing i want some advice on. Do you think it is feasible for them to travel on sail ship like wagons that are basically ships with wheels. How big could they get before being to big? Do you think it would work at all?

Depends on how light-weight the 'ships' are. If you invent some wood like Balsa wood which is really durable while also being light, then it would be feasible. Maybe ten-twenty man ships?
