Post subject:  The Children Of Hyng'chii

Across the sea, many long years ago, in the land of the green trees and the jungles of Hyng'jung. By the mountains of Hyng'chii, there lived a family called Ridokaro. Ridokaro was a large and well respected family, held in the highest of honour and followers of The One. But in those times that was not a honourable thing, was it not? So I suppose the Ridokaro family was not very respectable after all.
But because of the evil ways of Hyng, that is the earth, the Great One caused a flood to come and wash away the people of Hyng. But the family of Ridokaro was spared because of it's faith in The One who made them loved them to the ends of the earth. And so the One told Mr. Ridokaro that he needed to build a sampan. But not just a ordinary sampan, this sampan deeded to be so big that it could fit two of every kind of animal in the jungle of Hyng'jung and the mountains of Hyng'chii. But Mr. Ridokaro was worried for the other animals and people in other places. So in a great speech that he prepared over a time of many weeks he said to The Lord, “What about the other animals?” But The One said, “do not worry dear child, for I have caused others like you in other places to build more sampans and save themselves and the beasts of the land so they would live on in my love, that I may glorify my name through you, my children.” And so Mr. Ridokaro was relived of all his fears, but lived in the peace and love of The Lord, like a fresh meadow in the green trees of the East, to the end of his days.
The family of Ridokaro soon found a island in their sea fairing days, beautiful and sweet, it's fragrance drifted high into the air, like the cherry-blossoms of that fair land. Ti's a shame, for soon the inhabitants of Hyng'midoko Island turned back to the ways of their fathers, and in their evil they lived unchallenged. But the decedents of Ridokaro still remembered The One and his love, so they left Hyng'midoko, their home and sailed into the west, and like a sunset they dispersed from view. Leaving the darkness behind and chasing after the light in the hope of a new dawn.

Well, I have a bit of every thing. I based off of some of my favorite nations, Scandinavia, Normandy, Wales, Scotland (and Ireland), English, German, Persia, Israel, and finally Japanese/Chinese.

Hi, Josiah!
The Children Of Hyng'chii has a great sound to it, musical, the music of strange names and repetition with changes. I like the way you change names slightly, Hyng'jung and Hyng'chii. Doing this with language gives the tale a feeling of authenticity. It has a simple voice and a haunting feel to it, like an old tale. Poetry is there, in the children of Hyng'chii!

Lord bless you!

Thank you :dieshappy: you sure sound like you know your stuff.

In the language of these people Hyng means place, land, dwelling. So all places in this language starts with Hyng.

This unifies the language and the world, Josiah.

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm learning just like you.

Lord bless you!
