So I am building a world for my book series and I would like to know how to get started on that. I already have a name for the planet which I currently am forgetting, and I know what they all look like. They are all black clad figures with the power to give and take away powers of superheroes and villians if they so wish or if they are sent on a mission to do so. They can obviously teleport wherever they wish at will, and there's a very dangerous attack allowed only to those with high authority known as "Purple Doom". Have I told you too much? I don't think so because there is a whole lot more to these people than I am currently telling you right now, but time is scarce and I have games I want to play.

I'm not sure if I've ever actually finished the list of questions before -- there's about 1200 questions. But it is very helpful.

Yes html would work.

Note that "1200 questions" includes a significant number (over 100) of duplicates, questions asked in more than one category.

I went through the questions (which I downloaded from the SFWA site linked above---if HTML suffices, I'd recommend you do that rather than converting the ODT to HTML) a few years back; there were a few dozen questions that I just skipped, since I don't have a good enough idea in detail of my world's geography to answer them, but I did otherwise get through them. They're a good check to make sure that you've thought about these issues, but Wrede is explicitly just listing the worldbuilding areas she's found she needs to be reminded to think about, not covering everything you'll need to think about.
