@ Aubrey: That made perfect sense, thank you. Right now I'm working on developing the Creatures a little more, naming them and whatnot, and then describing how they communicate, hunt, and function with riders.

I love Holy Worlds!!! You guys are so amazing and have helped me so much with my books!

Ok, I have a post about them here in the Bestiary. They are called the Ardh'ura.

Those sound cool, Esilis! I like the concept of them continuing the battle in the case that their riders die.

By the way, I don't mind if your dinosaurs resemble mine in that small point. Like Aubrey said, animals and their 'owners' usually do develope lifelong bonds, just make your dinosaurs the way you want them and it shouldn't be a problem-you would have to constantly strive to keep yours the way mine are to really steal my ideas, your dinos will look different than mine on their own! Have fun with them! :dieshappy:

I agree with everyone else. Those Ardh'ura sound epic! :dieshappy:

I personally don't know what kind of steed my dragon characters would use... Or if they even need one. Heh. But that's a different topic. ;)

Since Dinotopia came up earlier on this thread, and I started a review thread for Dinotopia, here's a link to it: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=5452&p=113016#p113016
