Post subject:  Holy Worlds Weekly Challenge: Week 239
Weekly Challenge #239: Make some writing goals for this year. If you've already done that, share them on this thread.

Directions:
1. Post on the challenge thread, declaring the goals you have committed to. This must be done before midnight on Monday.
2. When you have finished your goals, post on the challenge thread again, stating what goals you have completed, how many times you have completed them, and whether any of them were combined.
3. At midnight on Saturday you are not allowed to report any more finished goals, and the challenge is over.

Rules:
1. You can repeat the weekly challenges, and get more points, but if you repeat your own personal goal, you will not get extra points.
2. The organizer has the right to veto any personal goal that seems too easy (i.e. writing a sentence).

Points:
You can earn points in these ways:
1. completing the weekly challenge
2. repeating the weekly challenge
3. completing your personal goal
4. combining your personal goal and the weekly challenge

Personal Challenge: write 2000 words this week (no small feat since I am out of town on vacation with extended family and have irregular access and few resources with me.) Completed!&Combined!

Eight pages of "done" so far, and a few spreadsheets in mind. As well as classes and platform building in process.

Since the 2298 words (Personal Challenge) were contained in 8 posts to the PbP over 7 days (Jan 1-7) ... the weekly challenge and personal challenge were combined.

I forgot I'd made a goal, but I put more than that much work into things more or less related to that. I'll count it complete.

Done, and already in progress on several of the goals. I divide my efforts into four pillars: "Content, Craft, Business, and Platform". I've started two product lines and have a task list of things to do. The calendar is laid out to spend time on each pillar during the week and focus on one each month. This month's focus pillar is "Platform", getting my on-line sites up and mildly visually appealing.

Reading Eric Ries' "Lean Startup" and moving forward even though I haven't reached perfection, or even "really good", in any of the pillars. For example, I link to a blog in my signature but don't have any posts up yet. o.O
