Here's some more work that I've been doing on my races to develop them a bit more. The dwarf races especially seemed pretty flat, so I decided to do some bios on them as well. :D

The River Nation Dwarves
The Dwarves are sub-divided into three different races. In past history they were joined in one area, but they fell out many years ago and split eventually into three different races. The River Dwarves are in the far South of Enderion, and are very friendly with the Enclave inhabitants. They are one of the few peoples to interact with the Enclave much at all.

They are fair-skinned, with long blonde hair. The river dwarves do not usually like the ocean, though they are more comfortable with it then the other races of dwarves. Their primary method of transportation among themselves is along the River Oinl, in small-sized canoes. But as said before, because they are fairly comfortable with the high seas as opposed to other dwarves, some of their craft might sometimes venture down along the coast to the Enclave or Véhonas.

They are also very adept at building structures, and their architecture is known throughout the southern part of Enderion. Their government is very well-organized. There is a council of twelve Ancient dwarf families that leads the nation. The positions are purely hereditary, but in times of emergency the leading family in the nation can take control.

The River Dwarves are also a little bit isolated and don't communicate with many people, yet they are usually friendly with inhabitants of the Enclave. They are also a little bit friendlier with the Véhonas then they are with other races.

Let me know what you think. :D

Your descriptions are so good, it is hard to come up with questions! How big are they, though?

The River Dwarves specifically, are around three feet high. But some mountain dwarves reach five feet (a very few)
