Rebecca's superpower is that she can manipulate water around her. Along with that comes the ability to turn water to ice and vice versa. She can also change water into a gaseous state (and from a gaseous state into water) but it is more difficult and much more time consuming.
Rebecca gained her powers soon after an accident occurred when she awoke from cryogenic sleep.
Rebecca lived with her family in the rich-district of Crystal Falls before the accident. Her father worked as a scientist. Before the accident, he had been working on top secret research for an unknown corporation.
It is unconfirmed, but possible, that she knows Mika, or even that Rebecca is close friends with her.
